Production shot-tracking dashboard

Dashboard · Google Drive API · FastAPI · Next.js

A dashboard that tracks every episode, scene and shot of a series in production, with progress over time and the workload of each artist.

Overview

A production dashboard I built at Hagia for a series in production. It shows where every episode, scene and shot stands.

What it shows

Progress for each episode, scene and shot; a matrix of scene progress across the whole series; the workload of each owner and artist; and progress figures by day and by week. Shot progress is tracked in real time.

How it is built

A FastAPI backend reads the production’s shot files from Google Drive through the Drive API and writes the generated reports, and a Next.js front end draws the dashboard on top of it. A shot’s episode, scene and number come from its file name, and a work-in-progress prefix marks it as unfinished; anything else counts as completed. Sign-in goes through Supabase, and charts are drawn with Recharts.
