Overview

An assistant for project teams, built on VoltAgent at Hagia, that answers questions about an Asana workspace in plain language. It runs on Claude 3.5 Sonnet or GPT-4o and keeps the conversation history in LibSQL, so a follow-up question can build on the last answer.

What it answers

The questions a team lead asks every day and every week: what was done, updated or due today; the plan for the week and how the work is spread across the team, with overdue tasks per person; completion by project and by section; how often each task’s due date has slipped and which tasks slip the most; and the gaps, such as overdue, unassigned or undated tasks.

How it works

Each kind of question is a tool with a Zod schema and a clear description, so the model can tell which one to use. The Asana client keeps to a conservative 100 requests a minute and waits when it gets close to that limit. Hagai runs as a local VoltAgent server, and people chat with it in the VoltOps console.
